The Bicol Communities League Inc. (BICOL, Inc.) held their 4th annual induction party on 1 August 2009 at Blacktown Workers Club, Blacktown. 

Dan Elizes took the oath of office for Chairmanship for 2009.  Also sworn in were: Boy Posada as Vice Chairperson; Demi Robinson as Secretary; Zerna Samar as Treasurer; and Josie Musa as PRO.

Provincial representatives included on the Board this year include: Josie Musa and Neria Soliman for Albay; Dan Elizes and Hazel Urqueza for Camerines Norte; Demi Robinson and Jun Relunia for Camarines Sur; Bobby Lastica and Elsie Noakes for Sorsogon; Alice Posada and Tony Ibañez for Masbate; and Boy Posada and Zerna Samar for Catanduanes.  Their role is to promote the interests of their respective provinces of the Bicol region. 

Vice Consul Anthony Reyes was the special guest of honour who administered the oath of office.
